What are the best aspects of this product?

The UX for developers is very seamless to use, and the tool itself doesn’t demand skilled HTML coders for creating highly engaging content. Inkling smoothly runs on mobile devices too, thus we do not need expert installation staff to do the job. Moreover, it lets us easily limit the library with the use of sharing policies, and it efficiently syncs with LMS through a handy API.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Its admin dashboard requires tremendous enhancements. Also, one feature that should be included for an upgrade is allowing the export of user information.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Inkling helps us in managing our sales budget by creating quality narratives for our marketing content and training sessions. It lets us create and manage up-to-date and accessible training materials for customers too. In addition, we have saved a lot because we do not need to spend on physical printed outputs anymore, and the amount we save is bigger than the cost of Inkling. The platform is improving our training in practical ways.
