What are the best aspects of this product?

We use Inkling for training for a few years now, and we’ve found it very suitable for our project department. It suits all our employees; both for exempt and non-exempt as well as for corporate and field staff. It promotes quality interaction and is easily accessible through plenty of different devices and OS. Moreover, it helps in updating everybody about project status, processes interactive content for analysis, as well as it helps to decrease our printed outputs in the office. Inkling is really scaling our workflow efficiently.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Options for organizing the library isn’t efficient for all our departments. It only offers alphabetical arrangement which is somehow making it difficult for us to locate and retrieve certain files. More options would be great for different organizational structures.

Inkling is a suitable solution for training all our employees. It makes the process more engaging, and it helps in the permanent learning process.
