What are the best aspects of this product?

It has downloadable options for different platforms, and any versions boast an impressive navigation experience. Its UI is also very responsive, as well as it offers frequent quality updates. Moreover, it makes searching easy for users.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’m not satisfied with its support for video uploads. I’ve experienced some considerable limitations when drafting guide outlines too. Thankfully, I’ve found some workarounds with wonderful results while trying to address such limitation problems.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Updating our content is super easy with Inkling. This also serves as a central platform for all our reference guides and instructions, especially that it is easy to put new content in its system. Amazingly, we can edit the guides or leave some comments on Habitat through SMS messages too.
