PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The Dashboards are an excellent tool and can be customised per department or user to provide the most appropriate information and smartlinks. Reporting is versatile and customisable with a good amount of 'out the box' reports, and the dimensions allow in-depth reporting. The automation of bank reconciliation and download of transactions is time-saving.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The ability to view payment requests requires a business user licence which is expensive just for this additional feature. Our Chief executive only views things and approves things which in the main can be done as an employee user. There should be a half way house priced user between employee and full business user.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The option to turn off cheques. We don't use them and would prefer to hide unrequired options.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Targeted reporting for various level stakeholders and cut the time spent calculating and reconciling the VAT return. ( partial exemption always poses a challenge)
