What are the best aspects of this product?

With Intacct, I become more aware of the many aspects of our family business. With insights and better understanding, we determined productive areas of our enterprise we need to invest in and veer away from activities that were draining our money.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Intacct can be a pain to learn, especially if you have to teach it to a large, uneducated workforce. That said, once they got familair with the system, it was smooth sailing ever since.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We managed to identify which of products and locations are generating money. Intacct helped us make changes to our strategies to further improve the performance of our business.
