Setting up and starting Intacct was a breeze. On top of that, we are able to customize the system to meet the demands and needs of our business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The reporting tool could use some improvement, specifically making it easier to use. I want to access raw data without any hitch and make custom reports.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Improved our invoice processing as well as cash collections as everything is accurate.
