What are the best aspects of this product?

Intacct offers multiple data centers. Its flexible configuration allows us to think over business rules into the ERP and to get accurate results. Also, the dashboards provide professional insight into KPIs and company’s performance. We can easily write the reports and optimize them according to our needs. It allows us to work with 3rd party solution provides that are able to communicate with ERP.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if they could improve the built-in budgeting functionality, the basic functionality is great but it really needs some improvements.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool helps us to be quick and reliable when entering financial transactions and to eliminate data duplication and to generate flexible analytics that we use on a daily basis. The integration with our card program, expense reporting software and this tool means that we don’t have to waste our time, because the information is automatically codded, allocated and itemized. It helps us to keep track of errors, to save money and to gather better financial reporting.
