What are the best aspects of this product?

Thanks to excel data upload feature we were able to convert it from cash to accrual and to provide valuable data. We are able to attach invoices, reconciliations and docs so we can verify wires, account balances and other evidence requirements. We convert everything into PDF so it can be easy upload them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is expensive tool for small businesses per-user license. Also, some fields won’t work if we don’t have another module like inventory, but once you learned you can find ways to work this out.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Great tool for accounting, it is verifiable when it comes to audit perspective and scalable in size entities. We are able to post intercompany transactions and to use multi-currency. This tool helps us to make 5-10 year plan and it really meets all our needs.
