What are the best aspects of this product?

I really like the Intacct’s dimensions, I used Quick Books before and I didn’t like that I had to use classes in order to look data from different perspectives. It made a mess within the organization, we mixed the departments, locations and business lines under one direction. With Intacct I can easily understand my business and we have identify the most active areas of the business that needs investment and to figure out those businesses that cost us money without realizing it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has steep learning curve for my employees but we have resolved this kind of issue so they learned it and adapted it at the end.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to identify our top products and locations so we can easily adjust the strategic plans to compliment areas. We have decided to sell two locations and to invest the money in more profitable locations. This is very important thing for our business.
