Intacct is great product and we enjoy using it

What are the best aspects of this product?

Intacct allows me to control multiple entities and locations from a single place. This saves me lot of time. I have used other tools and now I’m using this one and I don’t want to think about changing it. Also, there is great compatibility between Intacct and other platforms like ADP, Expensify and Salesforce.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like that I cannot change anything about invoices after the payment has been applied. I really want to be able to modify some fields.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to support multiple entities from one platform. This tool meets all our needs and it provides great support for problems and issues that we face from time to time.
