What are the best aspects of this product?

The report wizard tool guides us step by step in creating reports that show the information we want to see, when we want to see it. It has really tranformed the way we do business, especialy with its dimensional flexibility.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far, I haven't found anything negative about Intacct.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Intacct, we are able to streamline many of our workflows, including front end AR systems to AP process as well as duplicating invoices.
