PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Intacct is easy to set up and easy to use once the set up process is complete. The help tool is a useful feature. I also like how the Standard Reports feature makes reporting easy and effortless.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish the Top Level dashboard could display some things we need for work, such as the entity that requires approval. Writing reports can be taxing especially when the Wizard doesn't come with features I need.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our efficiency in processing revenue transactions has improved greatly, thanks to better visibility and fast data extraction among others.
