What are the best aspects of this product?

The interface is very friendly which I really like. The support is also something I love as they are very helpful and responsive. I find Intacct as an easy platform to get familiar with and once you get to that point, the potential to do almost anything is vast.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are essential stuff that is lacking such as linking tables.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Intacct allows us to gain real time metrics via the dashboards. This makes it easy for us to spot something that requires our attention
