What are the best aspects of this product?
We recently started using Intacct and so far the implementation has been smooth and trouble free. The templates are easy to understand and use.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The Chart of Accounts feature was a tad difficult as we have to mold ours to Intacct's own design.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Intacct has automated many of our processes and now we also have better controls.
