What are the best aspects of this product?

It allows us to use multiple currencies. We can use dimensions so we can reduce the size of our chart of accounts by tagging each transaction with important attributes and to create various reports by using locations, regions and cost centers. It has great dashboards for important operating metrics and report distribution that help in management process, we eliminated paper reports and they are very helpful for our management team to make decision in a timely manner. We are even able to upload templates and this option saves us huge amount of time when input journal entries and accounts payable bills.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing to dislike.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

First of all, it saves lot of time and this means that we can be focused on reviewing data and making important decisions. Its controls help us to avoid transaction from being deleted. One of the most important benefit that our management team has experienced from Intacct is the accurate data with reports and dashboards.
