What are the best aspects of this product?

Thanks to this product we have changed the way we do our business. I cannot really say how much I’m satisfied from report wizard tool. It allows us to create a report and to get detailed insight into the information. We don’t feel limited with its dimensional flexibility. We like the quarterly updates and investment that this tool makes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We didn’t know that we have to pay for additional business users, it’s not expensive but we didn’t know about this thing before.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to organize every process, starting from front-end AR system to AP process. It helps us to reduce time frames and to paper usage. We found it extremely useful in organizing our AP invoice entry process. We are able to duplicate invoices instead of re-entering the information over again.
