Worth the investment!

What are the best aspects of this product?

The versatility Intacct gives us enables our non-profit group to account for everything. We simply have everything covered. The system helps us improve since we have data and reports that enable us to make better decisions, spot trends, etc.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although Intacct is powerful, it can be quite difficult to learn. I need I could really use some training to help me fully maximize the system's features and tools.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Intacct gives us more information out of our data, enabling us to create better reports and provide different departments and people with more comprehensible answers via dashboards.
