What are the best aspects of this product?

Our team members love Integrity because of the simple GUI, it allows them to create the project requests easily and to get approvals of the escalate cases. It helps us to automate the process of documentation submissions for time sheers, to improve the performance reviews.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The forms seem outdated. It can be difficult to find features because the screen is cluttered. My complain is not about the features but the organization. It needs to be better organized.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We don’t have to use paper anymore and we are able to reduce the tasks loss. We use it to automate processes and to avoid paper work.
