What are the best aspects of this product?

It has a responsive interface making it easier to use compared to its competitors. The Module System is also a relatively new idea that no other competitor has done. The auto-complete of code and keyboard shortcuts are also very useful. I use these features most often.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is not for beginners though, some of its features are complex needing some time to get familiarized with. You need to have at least some experience in coding if you want to use IntelliJ IDEA. I also don't recommend using it for small scale projects.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

IntelliJ IDEA helped me with keyboard shortcuts and my overall workflow. I can now also accomplish my tasks at a faster rate compared to when I used other software.
