What are the best aspects of this product?
It is easily the best IDE ever written for any language. And the refactoring it has is a life-saver, time after time, after time.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I can't think of any - it's pretty much perfect.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Add refactoring to/from constructors and factory methods.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It made development overall faster and because of the refactoring, made some kinds of changes a lot safer.
