What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that in our organization we use one tool for coding, and fortunatelly we use Intellij Idea. It offers great set of features and refactoring shortcuts for renaming, extracting and tracking unused methods. It has testing inytegration and our developers spend some time in writuing tests. I like the buildscript integrations with Maven, Ant and Gradle. Also, it has customizable templates with shortcusts included. The other thing that I like is the fact that integrates well with front-end code.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When starting up or indexing it can be bulky, but this is because the tool has so much power within.

It helps us to increase productivity while developing.
