What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the most useful features that we use daily is the reporting tab. It gives us a clear idea of our clients' things mainly seeking from their health partners, including costs of treatments and laboratory fees.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They put too much focus on treatment plans, which is not bad at all. But they should also aim to improve their billing side to help partners like us earn a steady stream of revenue.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I appreciate the capability of its reporting feature more than anything else. We were able to make better business decisions and earn more incentives for the past years.
