What are the best aspects of this product?

I have never seen a platform that's meant to make our practice more efficient. That is why I was surprised to find out that Intergy has existed for years. I decided to give it a try to see if it's compatible with our practice. Surprisingly I heard a lot of great feedback during the first three days that we had it installed. First, its user interface is well structured, meaning all the things you need for your work are perfectly aligned, and the upper part of the screen, so you do not need to spend so much time learning the basics. Thanks to Intergy because we could fix our records and collect a big chunk of money that our clients owe us. A also like the fact that we were able to develop better looking and easy to understand invoices, which reduced customer complaints and better handling of disputes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We recently have some major issues when it comes to fixing each account's due dates and making sure that it is accurately showing on the platform once you pull up their records. Clients get angry when they receive reminders, even if they already settled their dues way in advance. There are also some instances where payments aren't posted close to real-time. So we have no choice but to trace where the payment went and reconcile our files accordingly, which can be cumbersome for the staff. I also hope that they could create a specific area or tab where we can write down notes or reminders so we won't have to spend too much time looking for it in other tabs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The best thing that happened to us while using this application is that we could clearly monitor all our clients' accounts. We help them set up billing cycles, create account invoices right on time. Also, we were able to minimize issues when it comes to insurance claims. It's easier for us to keep track of the balances or remaining collectibles and ensure that our clients are consistently hitting their revenue targets.
