What are the best aspects of this product?
We are so thankful that we have this app in place. We can do multiple processes without the need to log out or shift into another platform. Billing, claims, customer service, and checkups are all rolled into Intergy.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing to dislike at all. Intergy is a blessing to our practice that's worth the wait.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It's easier to book checkups that can be done online. I no longer make booking mistakes, which is a big relief on my end.
