What are the best aspects of this product?
It's effortless to use Intergy. All you need to do is figure out the tabs within the app, and you'll soon figure out its purpose. Also, it can be customized, which is a big plus.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish that the people from Intergy would be more proactive in updating us if any changes need to be made within the app. Most of the time, we are taken by surprise that there are features that are no longer free, which is disappointing.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were able to improve our system of treating patients. We can send them to chat messages in advance to confirm the status of their doctor's appointment.
