What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how MAM makes it easy for us to design quality content. This is a really user-friendly program.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The media library that MAM keeps can be quite inconsistent at times. I’ve noticed some mislabels and I hope that the developers can do something about this.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

MAM has been designated as the accountable party to keeping our media files properly organized--and it’s doing a pretty good job at this so far.
