PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

There is virtually zero learning curve with Interplay. As part of my job, I use this to QA some of the videos that we have on our set. After this, I hand the files off to our editors for cleaning up. Interplay has become a staple in our workplace and I am loving it so far.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have no complaints--it does what it has to do.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve managed to trim down our workflow of QA-ing thanks to Interplay. I can easily retrieve files from our media library now too.
