Extremely user-friendly!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Everything is just within reach with MAM. There’s barely any learning curve that one has to go through--it’s very user-friendly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While there’s nothing negative to say about the layout and the aesthetics of this program, it can get quite heavy on the graphics at some point causing lags and/or freezes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Using this program has saved me a lot of time and has increased my productivity.
