All-around payroll app

What are the best aspects of this product?

This app basically does everything for us. We don't even have to worry about filing taxes because the app is already taking care of it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do love their customer service, but I think it would be better if a specific account specialist will be assigned to our company instead of talking with different people every time I call.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is more affordable compared to the old one we're using. It significantly cut our expenses while offering better service.
