What are the best aspects of this product?

User with no experience on this field can navigate this software easily. Intuit Payroll is quick and easy to use. This software is good for a small, medium or large companies. To add, I like the check printing feature. It is cheap with no hidden costs of feeds. I can design payroll on my PC or phone with their app. It has many options for example: print payroll history, configure the employees information and small business can pay taxes too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When a user makes mistakes, it is very hard to correct it. For example, If I need to pay some employee extra money and it is in other period, it does not allow me to return and correct the mistake.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use this product in our small company. It reduced the time spent for doing payroll. It can be done fast and comfortably with this software. Others were very hard to use, because some experience was needed for using them.
