What are the best aspects of this product?

I love this software! Very helpful and convenient because it's accessible even if I'm outside the office. It also allows me to download Form W2 instead of waiting for it to be sent out through the mail. This makes my work a lot more faster!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I love everything about this software. Nothing, no complaints at all.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Generating payrolls is so much easier compared to the time we weren't still using Intuit.
