What are the best aspects of this product?

Intuit Payroll is one of the easiest systems for navigation. After using the QuickBooks Desktop payroll while working for companies with different software, I find the tax payment process and e-filling very easy to use. I had few problems with errors on returns.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are situations when I need to call Intuit to make the tax adjustments when there is an overpayments for a tax or amount that is not correct because of changing the setup of an employee and that takes more time, but I can notice how it avoids the mistake when people do not know what they do. I had a problem when once an account is closed and the company wants to analyze their old records in the online version, so we had trouble to get access to the previous records, due to login issues.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The help to solve small company owners that need to pay their employees on time and without difficulty. Intuit Online Payroll signs you up with the government paperwork for tax filing, so you do not need to call the owner for signatures or to search on a government websites to pay all the taxes. The only thing you need to do is to set a business and to adjust tax payments with several clicks only.
