What are the best aspects of this product?

It takes all the stress from doing payroll-related tasks! Everything is better when done electronically especially in filing taxes. Since this is an online program, it is also accessible even outside the office. Very convenient. They do have a really helpful customer service, as well!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have no issues when it comes to functionality, but the overall look of the program can be improved.

It used to be impossible to do payroll-related tasks when working from home, but this app made it possible.
