Simple and easily configured

What are the best aspects of this product?

The Payroll wizard is very simply and guides you through the setup. Every employee is easily configured for pay schedule, pay types and deductions are automated. A very competent setup and you get more services for low price, unlike other vendors or payroll companies

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

For companies above 50 employees, the premium version is a great option. Our company grew and got used to the previous version, but I insist that it should be available for small business version. Before becoming solid on performance, this version was very hard to learn, dedicating many questions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

After our HR person left the job, the new employee adapted fast on this version. They were happy about the change from using another software. Once you realize how this software works, it is easy to understand the importance of it.
