What are the best aspects of this product?

As an employee, I love the ease of viewing the paycheck on this platform before receiving them. Aside from that, we can easily notify the employer about our vacation, time off, and also ensure that the number of hours we worked is recorded.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am a new user and still discovering the capabilities of this software. But so far, there's no major drawback. The only thing that may be a problem for some is the need for the prior paycheck information in creating an account. If you are a new employee, you will have to wait for your first salary before you can sign up to the system.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can view the number of our vacation leave and time off. With this software, employees are always updated.
