What are the best aspects of this product?

I used it to manage the my mobile devices as well as the apps. I have Windows 10 and iOS devices and it works for both.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They should improve on the location services. They could also add features such as device tagging. Deployment isn't that easy so we have to tap an expert to handle it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It saved us a lot of money because it's cost effective. It improved the way we do things such as application deployment, applying security measures, and enrollment of devices.
