What are the best aspects of this product?
The powerfull of its reports, alarms, life cycle trace and its support team
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The advanced reports needs the ability to know the database schema in deep, and some SQL querys skills. But the support teams always helps in that way.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
A mobile App with barcode and QR scan ability to enroll in batch mode the assets at the storages

We solved many problems, most of them related to software licenses follow up, hardware loose prevention, support remote control of any workstation and finances life cycle follow up.
