What are the best aspects of this product?
What I really love about the app is its reports. I can immediately see what needs attention about collection details and through that get to deal with them immediately. Summarizes the collection status of our company immediately.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sending email receipts is a good thing but I wish there is a feature on the app where clients can see the details of their invoice and make the messaging features more prominent so that customers would prefer to use it instead of replying to the email.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Dashboard reporting is a great help in seeing the status of collections. We use this app as well to manage our commissions in our travel agency.
