What are the best aspects of this product?
Invoice helps a small company like mine with how we manage our financing and accounting needs. Our bookkeeper is also in charge of accounting and billing so it is nice to have a one-stop-shop for everything she needs. It is also simple enough to be able to immediately use and get used to upon installation.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I find the application more flexible than QuickBooks, however, for my accountant/bookkeeper it is easier to use QuickBooks when generating reports. This is a nice application however to enjoy it completely as a one-stop-shop you will have to pay a hefty price.
