What are the best aspects of this product?
I have been using the application for over three years now and since then Invoiced has been delivering a seamless experience on billing, collecting, and interacting with clients at a fair price.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They changed their plan offerings and "downgraded" to a solo plan. I was originally enrolled in a plan with a client portal feature but because of the change and me being unwilling to pay more, I lost that feature. Well, I am still a happy customer despite that.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Billing and collecting processes made easier.
