What are the best aspects of this product?
Automation at its finest! From invoicing to collections, we get to do it automatically. Customers can enroll in autopay and they can input their debit/credit card numbers using them. If there are problems with making payment on time, we can schedule a payment plan fit for the customers' needs.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The app is so extensive that it can be confusing sometimes but thanks to their manual we are surviving. Setting up email notifications is a pain in the butt.
