PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Able to create reasonable range of ad hoc training reports.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Doesn't generate reports showing upcoming/scheduled expiry dates. Reports for different classifications provide inconsistent parameters to choose from. Training requirements being strictly role based cause reporting issues and duplication within the system unless set up to strict criteria.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Needs decent customer service/support. When you've got someone having access issues and it doesn't get resolved before the weekend which is being worked by the company having issues then it isn't cool. If you call support during business hours they tell you to raise a ticket via email before they'll attempt to help. Organisations offering a product such as this globally should be providing 24/7 customer service and basic support services for urgent issues without requiring customers to hang up and raise an email ticket. Received very poor support services on several occasions now, one time they took over 3 months to get back to me.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

None I'm aware of which couldn't be solved through use of similar offerings.
