ION has great set of tools

What are the best aspects of this product?

ION allows you to do various things. I can do the work for my agency and I constantly use its tools and services. It has intuitive and user-friendly platform, once you learn something how to use it is easy to repeat. I am able to explore and learn the power of this platform. I heard that it would be great if you can learn everything at once but for me is better when I discover some new things within the platform. I can easily edit and build creative and assign traffic to different creative. The dashboard constantly gives heads-up idea of what’s best and what is working.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In my opinion, they need to work on the reporting engine, I want to go through all the reports I do and to see the best way to pull them from the platform. Currently, I get huge data from ION and then I need to work with all this data in Excel so I can pull what I really need. I wish they could set them up on a schedule and to receive mails daily.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

ION allows us to different, manage and optimize the creative, to manage traffic sources and to keep track where the traffic goes. We are able to see results of tests.
