What are the best aspects of this product?

The template page can be set up easily and quickly and you can start using it immediately. ION offers numerous options for designing so you don’t need to hire designer or developer. I must say that ION’s team is perfect and they will do anything to meet your needs, all you need to do is to speak with them they will find a way to make it happen. Of course for extra price, but let’s be honest, everything needs extra time and effort. You can get some fresh ideas by checking their page offerings and by using their templates, thus, you will be ahead of a lot of businesses in the market. The price for overages in data is not high and I’m sure that all the data from my landing page forums is secure in ION databases. They really provide advanced opportunities for personalized data pages, all you need to do is to make those advanced calls and coding.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be buggy sometimes, because some things need extra time to get the work done or to call the support team to fix it. If you want to work in sandbox you either need someone who knows what are they doing or to get ION to do the whole work for you. They need to improve the reporting feature, we use our own reporting. Also, you really need some knowledge in Liveball if you want to make hyper-personalization and to create advanced pages and to use all its potential.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We want to create new customers and to keep the interaction with current ones. We want to create our pages like real conversations and to allow our users access for everything they need and want. We are able to speak with them individually with data driven content based of the information we have received while analyzing their behavior.
