What are the best aspects of this product?
Really well priced and incredibly accurate. We tested so many other services and couldn't get the right settings for balancing false-positives and bad users. So overall no complaints - really great features across the board.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing comes to mind.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Maybe a mobile app for seeing stats but the core features for fraud detection are working really well.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Mostly issues with fake accounts and stolen credit card purcahses. This solution solved all of those problems and mostly automates all of the manual work we would need to do to review accounts and payments. Saves us a lot of time overall.
