What are the best aspects of this product?
It uses 256-bit encryption and has shared-VPN connections to hide traffic. No logs are kept and plenty of protocol options. It also has 59 countries and a whopping 40,000 IP addresses. It seems to get all the security gaps covered, so I’m confident in using it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I’ve had a couple of billing mistakes and I had to contact support. It took a while but I got a refund so all’s well.
