I am a relatively new user of this product, and I can say that I am pleased with its performance. What I like about IPVanish is its capability to access different sites without going through various issues. There are instances where my work requires me to do some research, and I have no choice but to access restricted websites. IPVanish makes this possible that’s why I have no second thoughts of using this when I travel overseas.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Connectivity issues happen from time to time, depending on the online traffic. Tech support would always advise me to reboot my device, which I think is very inconvenient.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I no longer have any issues in terms of connectivity and restrictions. Using a VPN allows me to visit websites that are not supported overseas. I need to use a VPN to obtain essential information for my research projects; that is why I use this every day.
