What are the best aspects of this product?
The dashboard is straightforward, nothing fancy that will confuse you. The drop-down boxes simplify server connection. You’re greeted with a map showing green dots where the servers are. Just click on one and you’re connected. Click again and you get disconnected. You can also select the protocol at the top of the dashboard.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are rare crashes but they’re quickly fixed with a reboot.
