What are the best aspects of this product?
There are not really any good aspects to IQNavigator as far as I can tell. The best aspect at this point is that only one of my clients employ it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The user experience is terrible. Submitting a candidate to a job requirement takes entirely too many steps. Once I have submitted a candidate, there is no way to view the submittal or the rate at which the candidate was submitted. If you make a mistake during a submittal and send it in, there is no way to correct the mistake short of having the candidate rejected and then resubmitted. Putting candidates into the system is also very clunky, with multiple tabs that have to have information added, and then you have to go to the final tab and save all of the changes every single time you want to make any changes to the candidate profile.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would say that IQN needs to employ some user acceptance testing and have vendors actually contribute since this product was obviously made with only one side in mind. The problem they will run into here is that the clunky product will actually keep people from bothering with submitting candidates and working on the jobs if they have something else to work on, thus keeping their clients from getting better candidates.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
