PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

initially the templates they helped us create reduced some of the time the paper and scanning was causing us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

assistance with systems to speed up documentation. Billing side of the program is confusing and if you use the RCM company part beware as they do not post payments correctly and can wreak havoc on your patient account reconciliation. Making statements near impossible

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

They were bought out by a larger company and since then have become more expensive and lost the customer service they had initially. This company hold you to broad contracts. We recently lost a provider and had one retire and they continue to charge us 450 per provider until our contract is up and agreed to remove those providers if we signed another 2 year contract. Also their RCM left us with loss of over 300k in AR do to lack of denial working and medical records requests. They would also post entire collections to 1 DOS in patient accounts causing us to hire other outside help to post all the payments so we could send correct statements.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

In the beginning they helped with us setting up our new clinic model on a EHR but in the end they cost us a lot of money and have handcuffed us for about 2 years now and still attempt to lock us into even longer contracts.
